Ingredients needed for the beef recipe
1.8Kg boneless beef brisket
a garlic clove minced
2 Thickly sliced Large Onions
3 TBSP cornstarch
2 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp ground pepper

Method of preparation for beef brisket recipe
1. add beef to brisket, in 13 x 10-inch shallow roasting pan fat side up, add ( sprinkle pepper and salt evenly and add onions ).
2. Bake at 350ºF for 1 hour, Onion turns brown.
3. Add a cup hot water and close the pan tightly with aluminum foil.
4. lower the oven temperature to 300ºF and cook for 2 more hours ( brisket gets tender )
5. take brisket and onions to warm platter. remove fat from juices .
6. gravy preparation : combine a cup water and cornstarch. now Add this to juices in the pan.
7.In medium heat, stir constantly, until gravy thickens and .boils
8. cut the brisket into thin slices.
9. serve the beef brisket hot...

Ingredients Needed for Beef recipe :
2Kg beef brisket
a large sliced Onion   
2 TBsp packed brown sugar
5 Garlic cloves ( minced)
A can beer
Half cup tomato ketchup
Half cup chili sauce

Method of preparation of beef brisket recipe :
   1. Oven Preheated to 150°C .
   2. place the brisket beef in a pan and sprinkle salt and pepper over it
   3. now add onions to that .
   4. Mix  sugar, garlic,ketchup, chili sauce, and beer .
   5.  Now pour this mixture over meat.
   6. bake upto 4 hours ( covered foil)
   7. now take off the  foil and bake for 35 to 40 minutes uncovered .
   8  take the meat and allow to cool and slice the meat .
   9. Gravy preparation : Blend the liquid in the pan . Stir ,cook until it gets thick.
   10.now add the  sliced meat to baking pan and reheat.
   Serve beef brisket recipe hot with gravy.
